ABOUT ME
Whether I am doing a coaching session, a mediation, or taking part in a ritual, my goal is always the same – to help spark change in an individual or a group and to see them blossom into a more content, fulfilled person.
As a coach or mediator I meet you with a genuine curiosity about your life and what you are experiencing. I am excited about your dreams and feel your frustration at what you perceive as a barrier or failure. Your successes, large or small, bring joy to me.
In sharing ritual experiences with individuals or groups, my goal is to help you to reconnect with this wonderful earth that we call home, and find wonder and reverence in all aspects of our world.
I received my BA in Social Work from San Jose State University in 1977 and worked at Providence Hospital in Oakland for 21 years. I worked in various departments during those years and loved working with such caring, loving and dedicated employees. During this time I completed training in Acupressure Massage and had my own business for 5 years before moving from California to Hawai’i. It was here that I completed my MA in Consciousness and Transformative Studies at John F. Kennedy University in Orinda, CA, an online program that was truly life changing. I also did my coaching training at this time.
I was the case manager at Ku’ikahi Mediation Center where I completed my mediation training and began doing Domestic, Landlord Tenant, TRO, Consumer Merchant and Civil Rights mediations. I continue to volunteer at this center to give back to my community
